Kidswear
Kidswear is built off the same blocks and the same fabric book, with the trim and the finishing rules changed.
Small garments are not easy garments. Every seam is shorter, so a 2 mm error reads; every size break moves the grade; and anything hard at the neck or the wrist has to come off the design rather than be argued about at inspection. We work without drawcords on the smaller age bands, keep metal trim off where a buyer's own rules ask us to, and run needle detection and thread-sucking on every lot before packing — kids or not.
Product is knit-led — tees, sweats, hoodies, joggers and pyjama sets in looper knit, terry, fleece and popcorn knit — with poplin and voile shirting and dresses, and denim pieces at a lighter weight.
Bulk sizes across an age range eat into the 150-piece colour minimum faster than adult sizing does, so we will normally talk you into fewer, deeper colours.

Size sets are the thing to plan for. A proto comes in 7 to 10 days in a base size; a full graded set adds a few days, and we would rather build that in than grade off a spreadsheet and correct it at bulk.
