The company is young. The people running it are not.
BW International LLP was incorporated in 2017 at 868 Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurgaon. The floor was built by people who had already spent decades making garments, which is why it started with a design room rather than a stitching line.

A design house that owns the floor.
Most units in this belt begin at cut-and-sew and hope a buyer arrives with a tech pack. We began the other way round: patterns, prints and a range of our own, with the lines built afterwards to make what the design room drew.
That order of assembly is the whole difference. It is why a category and a season is enough of a brief here, why a first proto takes 7 to 10 days, and why 100+ styles are developed in-house rather than copied in.

A short drive covers fabric, trims, embroidery and wash. That proximity is not a convenience for us; it is the reason a correction costs days here and weeks elsewhere.
Fabric
Knitting and dyeing partners in the NCR are inside an hour, and Ludhiana is a night's drive. A shade correction is a visit, not a courier.
Trims and accessories
Buttons, zips, labels, packaging — sourced from the same industrial belt, so a trim change does not restart the calendar.
Embroidery and wash
Embroidery runs in the main unit; wash and specialised finishing sit a short drive away rather than in another state.
The airport
Delhi airport is roughly twenty minutes from Udyog Vihar. Samples reach Europe or the Gulf in days, and a buyer visiting for two days can spend both of them on the floor.
