Discover
Trend and fabric before a line is drawn. Swatch sourcing across Ludhiana, NCR, Surat and direct from China; reading what the buyer's customer is actually reaching for.
Design
In-house design, CAD and pattern making. 100+ styles made in-house. A category and a price point is a complete brief.
Develop
First proto in 7–10 days from brief. Fit, PP, size set — the stage where the standard is set before it has to survive a line.
Deliver
30–40 days from approval, 12–15 on a repeat. In-line and end-line QC to your AQL, with self-inspection reporting on every lot.

The floor
Where the work happens
Two units
The main unit at 868 Udyog Vihar Phase V, and a second at Dundahera. Between them they carry the fabric store, cutting, embroidery, production, finishing and packing, alongside merchandising, the sampling room, the pattern department and the buyer showroom.
Cutting and stitching
Four cutting tables at 7 ft by 25 ft. Over 200 machines: 175 single-needle direct-drive with automatic thread trimmers, 14 four-thread overlock, four five-thread, two six-thread, four flatlock, plus bar-tack, button and buttonhole. The line runs with specialised folders where the operation calls for one.
Finishing and packing
Eleven pressing tables and a hot-press for heat transfers. Every lot goes through thread-sucking and needle detection before it is packed.
Checking
In-line and end-line checking to your AQL, with self-inspection reporting on every lot. Live export programmes to the United States and Japan ship under SGS third-party inspection.
Plainly
India is not the cheap option.
If the only question is price per piece on a plain garment, there are countries that will beat us and you already know which. The case for India is different, and it is worth stating in full.
The fabric and the trims are here. Knitting and dyeing in Ludhiana and the NCR, texture qualities out of Surat, grey from the south and west dyed in the NCR and Ahmedabad, and direct China buying where a trend quality demands it. That means development moves in days rather than weeks, and a fabric problem is a drive away rather than a shipment away.
There is a real craft base — embroidery, hand finishing, surface work — that survives at small volume because the skill exists locally rather than being tooled for.
Small runs are commercially possible. 150 pieces per colour, a style opening across three or four colours, a repeat in 12 to 15 days. You can put a story in front of your customer before you commit to it.
And it is a different geography to wherever you buy today. One political decision, one port, one currency should not sit under your whole range.
What we are not right for: 200,000 units of a single basic tee.
That order belongs in a unit built to run one style for a month. Ours is built to originate, develop and turn — which is a different machine. Ask us for the wrong thing and we will tell you so on the first call.
